IA Daily: Justin Compton, The Arnold and Beyond

Since exploding onto the scene back at the 2012 NPC Nationals where we won the Heavyweight and Overall titles in dominating fashion, Justin Compton has morphed into one of the sports true rising superstars.

2014 was quite a year for Compton who chose to only compete once, at the Orlando Pro show, where he showed up looking dramatically improved on his way to destroying all challengers and earning his first pro victory. Though the win in Orlando opened more than a few eyes, it was his guest posing later in the year that really dropped the collective jaw of the entire bodybuilding community.

Justin Compton Guest posing Natural Compton showed up to Dave Liberman’s NPC Natural Ohio looking like something straight out of a science fiction novel, as he took the stage at over 290 pounds, drawing a collective WTF from everyone in attendance.

Recently Compton linked up with The Pro Creator Hany Rambod’s Evogen Nutrition, at it looks as the supps are working their magic as they mold a physique that’s already oozing with raw talent, into the hardened, show stopping, Sandow contender we’ve all been waiting for Compton to become.

Now, with under two months remaning until stepping onstage for the biggest contest to date of his young career, it looks as if Compton is ready to step up to the plate and stand shoulder to shoulder with some of the best athletes in the sport. Despite the heavy hype and expectations being lumped on his shoulders, there’s a very real possibility that he could walk off of the Arnold Classic stage having defeated some of the best athletes in the sport, and in the process launch himself into the conversation as a legitimate Sandow threat for some time in the very near future.
