Shawn “Flexatron” Rhoden made a pilgrimage to the East Coast Mecca recently to film a workout for Generation Iron. Shawn Rhoden reunited with his fellow Olympian and Technician Teammate, Guy Cisternino for another punishing back workout. The last time these two pushed each other to the limits like this was in 2013 at Gold’s Venice, just prior to the Olympia for Flex Online.
Shawn Rhoden has been making his rounds lately training with some of the IFBB’s best, including training-partner Brad Rowe. Rowe, a competitive pro himself was fresh off his 2nd place finish at the 2014 IFBB Ferrigno Legacy Pro, finishing only behind veteran of the sport, Ronny Rockel. Perhaps having the right mix of training partners is exactly what the doctor ordered to help Rhoden push past Kai Greene (who is having issues of his own,) and put him in the mix as a serious threat to Phil Heath retaining his title.
