Top-5 Scariest Bodybuilders

admin October 31, 2013 Comments

In honor of the Halloween holiday, we have come up with a list of the  five most scary bodybuilders of all-time in a Halloween sense.

Both sheer size, intimidation factor, and possible mental instability (in appearance) are all pluses…

#5 – Kia Greene leads the bunch in the 5-position. With his combination of stage antics,  monster physique, and aura of mysticism many do not know how to perceive him, and so he’s interpreted as scary by some.

#4 – Andreas Munzer, while not scary due to sheer mass, the level of commitment to reach the conditioning he did was. Just watching someone walk such a fine line and push it so far, possibly too far in this case, is scary enough to witness, but the physique it resulted in was even more intimidating.  While it is this pursuit of scary conditioning that may have resulted in his downfall, there is no question that Munzer is one of the scariest bodybuilders of all time.

#3 – Rich Piana, a generally big dude, standing well over 6 foot and ~300lbs. The definition of a body building freak, who has manipulated his physique to scare proportions.  Rich is a very nice person who is great with the fans, but for those who do not know him can be seen as very scary, and being covered head to toe in tattoos does not help. While sponsored by Mutant Nutrition, there couldn’t be a more applicable description of this Halloween freak.

#2 – Marcus Ruhl, this German mass monster is almost as scary as they come. With his pure size and stage presence, Ruhl was beyond capable of shocking a crowd. While not physically all that different from a Jay Cutler, his freaky deltoid attachments and size combination resulted in many thinking he had a scary physique in his prime.

#1 – Jason Huh. One of the few remaining mass monsters in the 21st century is Jason. Well over 300 pounds in his off-season and under 6 foot, he is a physical presence to say the least. This time last year he dressed up is Bane and made the original one look like a wimp. Though  his placings haven’t been stellar, he is physically intimidating on stage and will be a force to be reckoned with for years to come. Speaking of scary, just look at that beard…
